This kitchen was rebuilt from joists and studs up. We renovated this kitchen from hole in the floor caused by a water leak to a whole new kitchen. Top of the line was a must for this home as it is in an area where homes sell for $1700 to $2000 per square foot. Great focus was placed on energy efficiency. Everyday items (pots,pans,dishes,bowls,mixers,scale,measuring cups used in the kitchen are hand me downs for the most part, thus recycled. Now the kitchen has Wolf,Meile,and Perlick appliances. It has Jerulselun stone backsplash and flooring,carmel stack stone fireplace with thermostat controlled heat, radiant heat flooring,pompiano limestone countertops, copper farm sink,Rohl pot filler and fixtures, LED lighting in cabinets,cans and under cabinets. It has faux finish washed walls, custom cabinets with antique custom paint finish and stain finishes. Also included, is Sattelite TV connection,Broadband, innovative use of corner cabinets, spice cabinet, garbage pull outs. In the glass cabinets are items of memories. The memories are appreciated and used daily. Fiesta ware, old mixers,old pyrex, California ware, Robin Hood ware belonged to mom,grandma, great grandma and great aunts. We serve up memories and dreams in this kitchen.

This kitchen features Decora cabinetry (self-closing and full-extension drawers, water glass inlays in a few of the doors, a 6-burner Wolf stovetop, a 48" SubZero panel-overlay refrigerator, a panel-overlay KitchenAid dishwasher, a double wall oven (convection on top, Lapidus Gold granite, Venetian Glass and porcelain tile backsplash, spice racks in movable fluted columns, a pop-up blender stand, an undercabinet refrigerator, faux paint, and much more. We absolutely LOVE this kitchen, and took many months to design every aspect of it - down to the undercabinet lighting, knobs and handles.

We remodeled this galley kitchen by taking over the built in garage. This required removal of a weight carrying brick wall and rearrangement of close to 30 pipes. We tried to preserve the old feeling of the kitchen but use all new amenities. We are currently building a new garage in the back yard. This mural includes children's songs, fables, nursery rhymes, and tons of tiny critters and animals to keep a baby entertained. I created this nursery for my first born son Reed. I was 8 months pregnant when I began painting it. This was my favorite project because it was the first time I got to create a project for my own child.

My old kitchen was a nightmare! No counters or cupboards. No working oven, the kichen was nothing! Nada! Now my new kitchen is a Chefs. dream with all the bells and whistles! From the Wolf stove, double oven, pot filler, a prep sink and a drawer Microwave! Granite counter tops galore and plenty of storage!

My new contemporary kitchen has Scavolini italian cabinets and stainless steel backsplash and impressed stainless steel island. Cherry drawer cabinets and 1/2 drawer Fisher Paykel dishwashers on each side of sink. Wolf cooktop and oven. French door refrigerator and a Miele glass hood vent that could be in a museum. Cobalt blue accent lights.

Can't appreciate unless you've seen pics of before. When we bought this townhouse the kitchen cabinets were not even wood. They were white, old & broken. I enclosed a balcony next to the kitchen, gutted it & rearranged the kitchen, butler's pantry & half bath. I also added a new window.

We completely remodeled our kitchen in 2007 using a Wolf range wall oven warming drawer & microwave. Subzero fridge wine fridge w/pull out drawers and ice maker. 2 dishwashers. Miele coffee maker (that we love! No more wasting $$ at Starbucks! It's hard to respond to each question so I am trying to answer here. The paint on the walls is Benjamin Moore Lennox Tan. We had great designers help us with everything. NLM & Associates 949-678-4341 Colleen Hardy. They also picked the bar stools.
