  • Baby Cait's Room, We wanted to create a very girly space with touches of sophistication. We accomplished this with our color palate and simple decor. We used soft, subdued shades of pink and white juxtaposed with pops of bright lime green. We are very happy with the end result, creating a space our baby girl can enjoy for many years to come., Girls' Rooms Design

  • Owl Curtain Inspiration, The inspiration for this room came from a Target shower curtain. I liked the curtain so much I bought 2 to hang in the guest room as curtains. When we found out we were pregnant I thought it would be a perfect theme for the room. It has whimsical trees and owls on it. It could be gender neutral, but turned out to be a great boys room. I pulled all the colors from the curtains. Grandma also added a border to make them longer and wider for the giant window. We used 3 curtains for the window and then 2 more for the closet. We took the doors off to put a dresser and changing pad in the closet. The room also has to serve as a guest room, so we needed to save space. We have a daybed in the room for guests and plenty of room in the closet and dresser for storage. Grandma also recovered the glider in a wonderful green color to match. Everything came together wonderfully., Nurseries Design

  • Multli-Funk-tional BB. Boy, I didn't have much space in our small house so we needed this space to be used for our baby boy and also my work/craft space. With only a 8'X13' room I tried my best to make it a fun and funky space that reflects my style but also keep him stimulated with all the colors. Also, I have to mention this space serves as a walk way to the backyard. (yes, we really cramped it all in). , Nurseries Design

  • Nursery at Nan's house, This is the nursery that I have set up for my granddaughters ages 3 yrs and 3 months. The crib is an antique "low country crib" and has screen wire on the sides and a top that can be closed and latched. The purpose of the screen and the lid is to be able to take the baby outside and keep the bugs/mosquitoes away from the baby. The cupboard is stenciled. The tiny hoosier cabinet and the teeny dresser belonged to my mother-in-law when she was a little girl., Nurseries Design
