  • What to do with 75 sq ft?, I have a tiny tiny room in a tiny tiny New York City apartment, a little more than 7x10. Fortunately, it has great features...plenty of natural light for the majority of the day, an awesome exposed brick wall, and good closet space. The HGTV quiz tells me I have "Romantic" style...I try to blend vintage furniture (definitely not a modern, matching furniture person) with soft colors and unique accents.

Help me decide what to do on the walls (if anything)., Bedrooms Design

  • Wishing I can complete a project to look like this, 4000 sq. ft. area The east rear fence is a 5ft block wall. the older north and south walls are made of older blocks.

The North block wall is16 ft tall and was build on top of an older 3 ft block wall. Combined, they are 60 years old and the top 12 ft is cracking and looking as if it will fall if we had a large earthquake.
The south wall is in good shape. I is 4 ft. tall.

Certain areas have roses. My mother planted 20 years ago. We have a large shade tree 4 ft from the north wall. I did a circle planter around the large shade tree and I have tree collards growing along the rear east wall. I need a border design for the whold yard., Gardens Design

  • Tiny Dinning, 12 X 12 dinnigroom area in my apartment open to the living area. There is also a door going into the kitchen so there isn't much to work with. I would like to get a more open look and feel. The Buffet was one of my parents first pieces of furniture so no matter what it stays in my place "somewhere", Dining Rooms Design

  • Bachelorette Pad in 700 sq. ft. Studio/Loft , Beautiful exposed brick & beams attracted me to this small city space. It's a rental so I couldn't paint & I have a limited budget! I tried to bring in color other ways but sometimes it gets lost with the high ceilings. Some unique design elements include a tiled-mirror wall above my breakfast bar and dramatic burgundy velvet drapes that open to my bedroom cove. I like vintage eclectic style mixed with some modern elements. I'd like ideas to add more color without over-doing this space., Living Rooms Design
