This mural includes children's songs, fables, nursery rhymes, and tons of tiny critters and animals to keep a baby entertained. I created this nursery for my first born son Reed. I was 8 months pregnant when I began painting it. This was my favorite project because it was the first time I got to create a project for my own child.

A round everyday! Inspired by the arched windows, I put a round table in this sunny room to make this previous small den into a grand breakfast room. I love to repurpose rooms for the way we really live, and we often move tables into rooms that otherwise are not used. Also, if your looking for a fun and easy center piece, we filled a tall vase with water and filled with tiny crab apples or white pumpkins to add something interesting to look at. The water magnifies them. At the time we did not have a chandelier installed yet and because of lots of guest we we added tables in non dining rooms so we needed something for height to fill up the space above the table.

My guest room , once a formal living room now a Guest room for those I love. Although minus a closet, the Amoire is provided to store away hidden treasures. Also as most of my guest come for a short visit or hide away, so does the TV in the room. With the conversion of a computer cabinet, the tv is hidden when not in use and guest is left to sit and read. "Sage, Sage" is the color that appears, mix with various shades of ivory and green. Much of the items in the room came from a second hand store, with a creative touch and loving hand it has now become my focal decor. Please tell me what you think?

We had a basic porch built and then my husband and I got to work! He made all of the gingerbread (spandrels brackets etc and I did all the painting and went shopping for furniture and decorator items. We love our front porch!!

This is a Baby girl's bedroom decorated with everything for a Baby Girl ~*Winnie The Pooh*~ for girls.A little bit of everything.Decals,border,net for the teddy bears,even the knobs on the dressers are Winnie The Pooh.I just think that this room is vey relaxing and cute.

The cottage is used for potting in the spring and over wintering some of the tropical plants and other sensitive plants. My hubby made sure there is running water and we use a pot bellied stove for those cold MN. winters

We are a couple in our late 20s and have recently purchased our home in 2006. This space was quite a task. Walls were knocked down the roof was raised and the space was expanded out. It took us nearly 4 months to have the kitchen we envisioned. But it was well worth the wait. We went with custom maple cabinets with brushed nickel handles stainless steel appliances granite countertops paired with travertine backsplash and 18x18 tile flooring. Enjoy your space!

This is our main living space. My husband and I curl up here in the evening to read a good book or watch a show. I have hints of the beach throughout - framed photos of our visit to Coronado Beach shells we've collected from the west coast and Mexico and touches of nature to bring some of the outdoors in. The color is Benjamin Moore - Woodlawn Blue

Our Animal Theme Room. This is the very first nursery we have done to welcome our amazing son born on January 10. He is truly a blessing so we tried to make his room just as special. The entire room was painted even the ceiling. We painted all the walls "Summer Mist" which is a light green made by Valspar from Loews. On the accent wall we used "Willow Wind" for the stripes which is about 2 shades darker. The doors and trim along with the ceiling was painted in "Cream Delight" which is a soft white. The brown curtains were purchased at a local fabric store and add a great touch to the room as well as keeping out a lot of light.
We tried to keep the room simple yet sophisticated.
