This space went from a Fireplace insert with green stone to a stone accent wall. The Living Room became a 3rd bedroom. The old front door became the back door and leads to a private patio for the 3 bedrooms.

TO DO LIST... Renovate basement by the weekend.
-Monday- Order Norstone 100% natural stacked stone rock panels-CHECK;
-Tuesday- Sweep dirty rotten nasty basement before wife beats me senseless.-CHECK;
-Wednesday- Rock Panels delivered to my door ...great concept-CHECK. -Thursday and Friday-Install 300 sq ft (easy install, no spacers or grout just a 1/2 inch trowel and thinset 1 sq ft at a time-CHECK.
-Saturday- buy some wine and a good cork screw-CHECK;
-Sunday-Pop a cork or two, Relaxxxx and pour my wife a few glasses of wine...She loves me again-CHECK... Basement completed.

This space was originally a dining room in this 1949 home. It had wall to wall china cabinet that was built in the room. Removed the cabinet and the walls between rooms to make a flowing great room for our family.

This mural includes children's songs, fables, nursery rhymes, and tons of tiny critters and animals to keep a baby entertained. I created this nursery for my first born son Reed. I was 8 months pregnant when I began painting it. This was my favorite project because it was the first time I got to create a project for my own child.

This once covered porch was nothing but wood decking and sliding glass doors. It is now a year round retreat. I go on vacation everytime I step inside this room. It brings me sunshine on a snowy , rainy day ! Best of all it was made with bits and pieces of old reclaimed goodies.

I’m 23 year old HS Teacher/Coach and going on my 2nd year out of college. I decided to build & I am so nervous about it I just want to make the right decisions. Its 1448 sqr ft with 3 bedrooms & an open layout. I’m trying to figure out what will look good. I am getting granite countertops in the kitchen with maple cabinets. I'm not set on ANY colors at all. I like the idea of black blue stainless steel and maple cabinets. Does anyone have ANY ideas? I NEED HELP PLEASE!!

Very beautiful Stone floors gorgeous cabinets and awesome backsplash and Granite coutertops. The ceilng is custom wood . Walls are texturized will simple dry wall mud then painted and glazed to give an "old world" touch. Still need to finish the look through base boards and stain the crown.

Stone accents built in hot tub with guest bar seating covered bridge gazebo pavilion on the beach next to the stocked pond with dock & so much more.

See the "before" picture. The old and dangerous wrought iron spikes were the first things to go and we think adding the wrought iron on the balcony worked. The stone face and wall additions helped add some character along with the window and door surrounds. We hope you agree.

A great room/family room with an outdated stone fireplace in between 2 doors leading to a 4 season porch. My husband dislikes the TV armoire but loves the fireplace. I completley dislike the fireplace but love the armoire. The rug is worn & needs repalcement. The couch, loveseat, and chair with ottoman are all solid red, There are 2 full-sized jukeboxes in the corners of the family room whcih I think tkae up too much space but my husband adores. We have yet to hand pictures on the walls. Speaking of the walls - they are 'unfinished' in that they are not smooth but have swrily bumps like an unfinished ceiling. The attached porch is 1/4 renovated but has plywood walls and no windows on 3 walls & only a subfloor. It had ahad aleakign problem but after all teh moldy, rooted woood was replaced we ran out of funds to finish the removations. The porch dis used to house toys currently as the room is completely unpresentable. Both rooms are in need of 'finishing touch' type removations. Help!
