  • Small Split Foyer, This is the entry to my split-level. I want it to be attractive with minimal clutter yet I have a family of 4. We live in winterland so we need storage for winter wear. There is no coat closet in this house. The contractor suggested a combo of wainscotting and decorative paneling the future color of the walls with a shelf on top and a molding. But where would stop on the wall with no door.? The existing ledge has to stay foundation of the house is behind the boards. , Porches Design

Many of the paintings on the wall are period antiques including the portrait of the three gentlemen. My favorite piece is the Eastlake bookase that I found at a local antique shop. All the accessories in this room are antiques as well. The entire house was inspired by the "smoking room" in Biltmore Estate located in Asheville, NC. A must see place. Please feel free to view all the rooms in ths remodel. All comments welcome. • Young's Kitchen, The space has been decorated in this fashion since 2008. The cabinets are a mint green color, the walls are a darker shade of green with an orange accent wall. White appliances. The space is big enough for table to eat-in, but not large enough for a island. Give me your feedback., Kitchens Design
