  • Repulsive To Refined, By removing two small walls, it opened up our old, hideous kitchen, to an elegant, clean and very useful cooking space! We love the craftsman look, and worked extra hard to pull the look in with the rest of the house. Our goal was make sure we blended the kitchen and not allow it to look better than everything else., Kitchens Design

  • Like a bar of soap, This is our new living room. We live in an 1970's ranch house with limited space. By adding the bookshelf unit at the end of the room, we were able to open up the space and add more usable storage. The wall color is called Quietude by Sherwin Williams. IT reminds me of a bar of soap, but I love it!, Living Rooms Design

  • 1980's to Tuscany style with re claimed materials, Re-purposing old materials. The creation for the Jacuzzi tub surround is from an old school pocket door from the 1920’s. One of the panels designed to be removed. Allowing access to the Jacuzzi motor. The sink comes from an Old Sheepherders wagon that dates back to the 1800’s. The concrete counter top was created to accommodate the sink. Enjoy! , Bathrooms Design

  • Bathroom before and...., bathroom in progress, on a teeny-tiny budget! it was SO dark...and dated. now it's getting closer to how I want it to be. I did the work myself...painted medicine cabinet and all dark wood, changed out hardware, and fixtures from brass to brushed stainless steel. I hung window back-tab panels instead of a shower curtain and used an area rug closely matching the panels, instead of traditional bathroom rugs both from I'm still tweaking here and there. I've run out of $$ for now, so I'll have to wait to make any more changes. Would like new medicine cabinet, (we need our storage!) light fixtures over mirror, and on ceiling.
(I like the mirror over the sink idea, but where do hubby and I put all our toiletries? That vanity doesn't hold a lot.)

  • 1980's outdated, stinky bathroom, 1980's master bathroom with old outdated EVERYTHING! This bathroom features an old pached shower that has been vented in the wall, so sewer gas has been leaking into the wall. Yes lovely smell :0) An oversized soaker tub with lovely gold fixtures that have been stained with hard water over the past 25 years. As for the bathroom cabinets they are smelly old kitchen cabinets with a counter that just isn't quite big enough so they filled in the gaps with lots of caulking. It's a great space, but with lots of headaches. , Bathrooms Design
