  • Zen Bathroom, Asian influences this bathroom has gone from ordinary to a zen masterpeice. The wall has been painted with venetian plaster which then had to receive a special coating. (a major job but beautiful in the end). A turn of a tub and an extra sink take my old drab bathroom to a zen oasis. Check out the before pictures!!, Bathrooms Design

  • Shabby chic nursery on a budget, We had a very tight budget with this nursery. All furniture was either bought second hand (we checked for recalls first) or were things we already had.

I made the drapery and crib bedding and painted the name banner that hangs in the corner behind the crib.

We are having a girl, but I wanted to do a neutral nursery that could be used for either. Once we found out that our baby was a girl, we "girled" it up with feminine details.

  • Transitional Master Bath with Claw Foot Tub, Just finished the renovation on my master bathroom I replaced the soaker tub with a claw foot tub that I got for $90 because it had a little scratch on it that you can barely see! It makes the space much more open. I replaced the vanity with one I got on ebay ($900) which has a beautiful travertine counter top and 2 vessel sinks built in. I used brown grass cloth on the walls that looks like linen. Got the mirrors at Zgallery and splurged on the seamless shower doors. The lights, faucets, and towel warmer came from Signature Hardware. (They are online), Bathrooms Design

  • Elegant Powder Room, We currently have this home on the market. It is located in Missouri in the Branson School District. For more information and to look at a virtual tour, the MLS number is 341835. Would make a great permanent residence or vacation home.
I chose to have the powder room painted "Sweet Georgia Brown". It is a small space but I wanted to use a rich color on both the walls and ceiling. The vanity is stained black and distressed. The sink is a talavera from Mexico. I chose travertine for the countertops and backsplash. The artwork came from a flea market and the colors work well with the sink. The mirror was from a local antique store. , Bathrooms Design
