  • Transitional Master Bath with Claw Foot Tub, Just finished the renovation on my master bathroom I replaced the soaker tub with a claw foot tub that I got for $90 because it had a little scratch on it that you can barely see! It makes the space much more open. I replaced the vanity with one I got on ebay ($900) which has a beautiful travertine counter top and 2 vessel sinks built in. I used brown grass cloth on the walls that looks like linen. Got the mirrors at Zgallery and splurged on the seamless shower doors. The lights, faucets, and towel warmer came from Signature Hardware. (They are online), Bathrooms Design

  • Elegant Powder Room, We currently have this home on the market. It is located in Missouri in the Branson School District. For more information and to look at a virtual tour, the MLS number is 341835. Would make a great permanent residence or vacation home.
I chose to have the powder room painted "Sweet Georgia Brown". It is a small space but I wanted to use a rich color on both the walls and ceiling. The vanity is stained black and distressed. The sink is a talavera from Mexico. I chose travertine for the countertops and backsplash. The artwork came from a flea market and the colors work well with the sink. The mirror was from a local antique store. , Bathrooms Design

  • New Master Suite, After Several Tries, this is our finished Master Bath. Onyx tiles, enclosed with 1/2 glass, shower and soaking tub. The wall fixtures for the shower and tub are from England. Less expensive then american fixtures. The sinks are glass and the lighting is contemporary. The room is always warm and inviting. The toilet has its own sink and door for privacy. We are not sure if we hit the mark, but we are very happy and proud of what we designed and how it turned out. , Bathrooms Design

  • Ahhh! Relaxation, We recently did an entire gut and redo on the down stairs of our home. We built it 11 years ago. It was nice before, but now it is so very Ahhhh! This is the master bath. The glass block and the 65 gallon tub are original to the space. Everything else is new. We relocated one of the sinks, as the space it was in originally was very awkward. I kept some of the same features, (the shelf unit) because I always liked it and it brings height to the wall area. All of the accessories are the same ones from the original space, they just look better in this warm new space. The texture on the wall is a custom one that I designed. It is flat with pits in it to add depth and texture. The tiles on the floor and on the walls of the shower are 18x30 Italian travertine, very thick and extremely heavy. The accent tile on the tub surround and shower accent are Oceanside glass and slate, Geologies collection, High Desert iridescent with iridescent bars. The floor of the shower is a river rock. I added it with a wave pattern instead of straight across to give the illusion of entering the water as a beach does; in fact I took out the step down and added a beach style entrance into the shower. The river rock is from a tile manufacturer. It is on a mesh backing, however, it is not in a square. It is random patterned pieces, like putting together the pieces of a puzzle. That keeps the rock looking natural and not in squares. The shower is outfitted with a 15" rain shower, a 13' rain shower and a hand held body spray with a pulsing mode. The counter tops are travertine and the plumbing fixtures are Moen. I chose brushed nickel over oil rubbed bronze to keep the space fresh and slightly modern. The cabinet pulls are on order and should be in soon. We live in Texas, where the summer temperature can hover at or above, 100 degrees. With blow dryers, warm water, etc a cieling fan becomes a must., Bathrooms Design
