  • Our Work-In-Progress Mediterranean Kitchen!, This is probably the room we've put the most work into. We live in a small shotgun house so you can see everything right when you walk in.. We found the kitchen table in pieces under a semi-truck in a junk yard and refinished it. Fixed and painted all the chairs. I hand tiled the backsplash. We built the concrete top island from left over materials. And so on.. We haven't gotten to the floor or cabinets or counter tops yet. And we don't have alot of choice with the layout! But I still love being in this room., Kitchens Design

It has some great features, but very little warmth, outdated cabinetry, sink, appliances, lighting fixtures, etc. The walls are an awful light blue, and half of the kitchen isn't being used for anything right now!
