  • contemporary deck, This deck was originally the roof of a covered porch. I enclosed the porch area and made it into a third garage and then I put a rubber roof on it. I built the deck on "sleepers" and it just floats on the roof. The wood is a Brazilian hardwood. I added a cable railing and installed new patio doors in place of the old windows and door to give it a contemporary feel., Patios & Decks Design

  • Victorian Charm in Maine, Our living room is Victorian style in keeping with our home's design. The furniture is all auction and flea market finds that my wife and I TLC'd and re-uhpolstered. Most of the accent pieces and art were also auction flea market and antique store finds. My wife Mary Anne has an amazing eye for style design and color.   • Modern / Industrial Kitchen Remodel, We started by painting the walls. After 3 attempts at trying to find the right color we finally settled on Benjamin Moore-Kingsport Gray. We moved on to painting the cabinets black and changing out the hardware with pulls we bought from Ebay Store "Hinges and More". We retrofit the kitchen sink cabinet to fit a new farmhouse sink. We added under cabinet and overhead lighting. We hired a fabricator to install the Giallo Beach granite we picked out for the countertop and the Bedrosian Ice Crackle MGICG2 Mosaic Glass tile backsplash. I ordered the island/table from the IKEA - Udden Console. By removing the backsplash on the console I was able to repurpose, what is meant to be a cabinet base, for additional workspace and seating., Kitchens Design

  • Kitchen with French Country Flair , We currently have this home on the market. It is located in Missouri in the Branson School District. For more information and to look at a virtual tour, the MLS number is 341835. Would make a great permanent residence or vacaton home. I wanted a kitchen that was functional and beautiful. I chose to use three finishes on the cabinets. I love the way they all work together. I also wanted to keep the space cozy so I added beams awesome lighting and granite with a lot of brown tones. I also chose to use pine flooring (rough sawn side up). This gives the appearance of a reclaimed antique floor.   • Modern Kitchen, Here's an updated version of my kitchen. I went ahead and added the sconces on the pendants... I found them for 10 bucks a piece! My kitchen itself is small however it's completely open to the living room/dining room so it makes it feel a lot larger and brighter. Plus it's also great for entertaining! Because the living room/dining room are so light and bright the darkness of the kitchen contrasts very nicely., Kitchens Design
