  • Newly Renovated Bar Area from a Dingy Old Kitchen., This is a second kitchen in our basement that has not been touched (obviously) since the house has been built in 1950! It needs some major help! Unfortunately we have to walk thru it on a daily basis to do our laundry.
Update: Gutted the old, ugly 50's Kitchen and made it into a Modern yet Rustic feel Bar Area., Basements Design

  • Budget Spa, A 1980's bath turned into a mini retreat. This room was taken down to the studs and along with new plumbing for the separate shower and tub controls we added a hand held spray. The cabinets were purchased when Lowes cleared out their display and we used stock kitchen countertop by cutting the back off then to make them short enough for the vanity. Moen accessories were purchased at BIG LOTS!, Bathrooms Design

  • This was our old master bedroom, now renovated, This was an old, awful bedroom. Wish we had before pics! We are in Florida and this old home did not even have insulation! We gutted the old bedroom/bath and put insulation/new widows, etc.!! We also took a long closet, and made it a normal size to make a nitch for a dresser with that extra space. I have not hung any pictures yet and I still need to get more furniture., Bedrooms Design

  • Renovated kitchen on a very small budget!, My husband and I purchased a 70's home in Colorado... the house needed alot of TLC but we felt up to the challenge! We were most proud of our kitchen area. I painted the cabinets the walls; we redid the texture and added new lighting and flooring. The old kitchen had pink countertops and pink apple wallpaper - yikes!, Kitchens Design

  • TYH's Newly Renovated Kitchen!, When we moved in our kitchen was original to our 1950s house which meant the drawers didn't even have drawer slides they just screeched in and out of their frames every time we opened them. Somehow we managed to create a u-shaped kitchen from a small L shaped one gaining lots of storage space and closing off a doorway leading into an old dining room that's now a third bedroom.
