  • Open Sesame!-Remodel B&A, This 70's house family room was dated, dark, and dreary. By opening up the wall it really updated this family room space, while adding lots of natural light. This was a failry simple fix that changed the whole and feel of the house. That 70's angular paneling had to go too!, Living Rooms Design

  • New Kitchen and Bathroom, We demo'd the majority of the first floor to make the kitchen liveable and put a bathroom (3/4) on the first floor of our 1920 tiny house in Pittsburgh PA. It took about 4 months, and we LOVE it! We still need to get a table in the kitchen that matches, but until I find the perfect one- what's there is what's there., Kitchens Design

  • Now I can breath in my kitchen, The old kitchen in the 1962 rambler was so small I had to open the oven door from the side. There was only about 27" between the two small countertops and everytime I went into the kitchen I got claustophic. We knocked down all the walls between the kitchen, dining room and family room and now we have a bright open space that can handle lots of family and friends. Best of all my husband and I did the whole remodel ourselves. , Kitchens Design

  • First Kitchen Remodel, Our old kitchen/dining room were split by a peninsula. The cabinets were custom made by someone who did not know what they were doing. • Lynnwood Baths, I wish the bath surround tile really showed better in the photos. I loved this tile. we ordered it again for this house after I initially chose it for the Corset bathroom. the edges are rough and the color variation in each tile is nice. The best word to describe it is rustic, and the texture is more like a natural stone., Bathrooms Design

  • Disasterous2Glamorous-Living/Dining B&A, It's a good thing RMS doesn't have smellevision! This dated house was occupied by tenants for many years, and needed to be totally rennovated from floor to ceiling before putting it on the market. We removed the 70's railing, scraped the popcorn celings, retextured the walls before painting, added crown moulding, new wood floors, gave the fireplace a complete makeover, and really changed the whole feel of the house by opening up a wall with an archway. We couldn't be more thrilled as it sold the same day, with 15 offers and for $55k over asking price! We're still in shock!, Living Spaces Design
