  • Outdated 70's kitchen gutted and remodeled-Before and After, This kitchen needed to be gutted and started from scratch. We added sq.ft. by bumping the wall out and then completely reworked everything to give them their dream kitchen. I am not an interior designer and I have no formal design education. I had actually just become a stager, but this whole remodel ended up being my very first job-crazy! I had a blast and they homeowners loved it thankfully!, Kitchens Design

  • Kitchen Remodel on a budget, We wanted to remodel our kitchen but save as much money as possible wherever we could. We did this by keeping the existing cabinets and I painted them. My husband and I did all of the labor ourselves. We did have a professional install our solid surface countertops. In all with new appliances countertops and backsplash we came in just under $5000., Kitchens Design

Notice all the stained wood work in this and every room of the house. The entire house remodel took almost a year to complete. Hope you enjoy looking. Please feel free to make any comments. • First Kitchen Remodel, Our old kitchen/dining room were split by a peninsula. The cabinets were custom made by someone who did not know what they were doing. • Lynnwood Baths, I wish the bath surround tile really showed better in the photos. I loved this tile. we ordered it again for this house after I initially chose it for the Corset bathroom. the edges are rough and the color variation in each tile is nice. The best word to describe it is rustic, and the texture is more like a natural stone., Bathrooms Design
