  • Amanda's Room, Theme room with a custom built castle bed built by me, and a pink, black and grey paint scheme with zebra accents.The ceiling is white, with thousands of hand-painted glow in the dark stars, comets, a sun around the light, and a moon in the back of the ceiling. I built the bed back when she was 5, and the room was decorated in a "princess" style. We re-did the room, and changed the colors in an attempt to make it more suitable for her now that she is 11.   • Jada's Big Girl Room, Our daughter just turned 3 so we thought it was time for her to have a big girl room. She loves this space and I am happy we were able to give it to her. It is still a work in progress but this is what we have so far. It is supposed to be butterfly themed but I still have to add some more butterfly accessories. We found the loft bed plans on Oploftbed.com, and customized it to make it the perfect size.   • Pink and Black Elegance, This room is a Marilyn Monroe inspired bedroom. This room my mom and I 3 days to do from painting to stenciling to decorating!   • Britt's Pink & Brown Room, This is my 6 year old daughters very own room for the first time. She's always shared a room with her big sister until now. She loves pink and brown. All of the furniture in the room except the bed was old oak or pine that I painted to match the colors she picked out. Painted furniture includes the picture frames that I polka dotted and striped, the shelf on the wall, the tall corner shelf, the trunk by the bed, the dresser, the vanity, and the chair that I found a flea market for three dollars and recovered the seat. A few more tweaks need to be done, like knobs for the dresser & ect., but overall this is her room and she loves it. , Girls' Rooms Design

  • Lilac and purple teen room, My old room. This is what it was like after i changed rooms 3 times, swapping with my brother + sister. It was a pretty boring room. Not welcoming. I have now re-done my room and i love it! I shall post pics after i get the accesories. I wasn't allowed to paint all 4 walls for the makeover. Wasn't allowed to get new furntiture even though all my furnitiure was free in the first place :P. But i worked around that. I DID get new furniture :P. A cheap rail for clothes. A chest of drawes as my brother and sister are re-doing theres now and wanted these horrible ones for their rooms. A bookcase :D:D Crammed with books!   • Girls polka dot room, This is my 8 year old daughters room. It is pink with dark brown polka dots. I did her accessories brown with pink polka dots.
