  • Living & Dining Room that is ready for brutal honesty; you know you want to see it!!, The living room is open space shared with dining room. I love the cathedral ceilings and the light that pours in; however, trying to work around peach walls and peach & seafoam wallpaper are a challenge. We are finally able to paint and I'm trying to decide on a wall color. I would like to work around red and blue but I'm open to completely new color palette. What do ya think?

  • beach peach, My first attempt to design a room. I tried to make this a relaxing yet bright living room. It is a 13 x 20 ft room that looks out over the water. I really wanted to have one focal point on the view but could not figure out how to do so without cutting off the rest of the room. For some reason it still seems rather dorm-like verses a permanent place to live. , Living Rooms Design

  • The 90's look...teal and peach...too much!, Living room opens to the dinning room with furniture that is 15 years old, except for the dinning room set. That's fairly new. The chair and ottoman is a hand-me-down with a slip cover that kinda matches the sectional but is too big for the chair. The sectional is very comfortable but the fabric is tearing. It makes a really nice bed though. We got creative with one wall and gave it a textured surface. It was a good idea at the time.We put in wood flooring about 7 years ago. I guess we were ahead of the trend. It's definitely a look from the 90's and our space does need some help but it's all we got., Living Rooms Design
