Originally, a G-shaped kitchen that basically divided my kitchen in half & only used 1/2 the space. I have totally gutted it, designed a new layout that would utilize the entire space. Created a lot more storage, along with more modern functions, like pull out drawers.

As always,decorating my rental apt on a very small budget.....My kitchen lacked "storage" {we can't add/remove extend or do much to our kitchen} so.my hubby and I debated on whether to add a buffet table or built benches... We opted for benches because I figured if we added more furniture it would look/feel crowded and cluttered,.by adding the benches it allowed for much needed storage and seating
I'm thinking of replacing the DIY CLOCK with mirror and sconces or large wall art but for now clock stays until I find that "special" something...
P.S.My hubby built the benches,added wainscoting,chair rail,window casing and framed dining area opening with molding

This is the front of my house. I need ideas on what to do with it. It is in two sections. One section with a porch area and the other on the side of our garage. My husband likes the tall flowers, dahlias, i think, but with the rosebush is it too much? I'm wondering if the rose bush should be relocated?
