• The Tuscan Copper Room and Library, After a faux finish, replacing the stairway and adding millwork and trim this bland room really came to life. In addition, we redid the library off this room with a bit more exotic feel without going too far from the feel of the rest of the house.

Kudos to our design artist Michele Dawn who did the beautiful painting, faux finishes of the walls and furniture. Find more about her at http://micheledawndesigns.com/, Living Spaces Design

 • Contemporary College Dorm Remodel, This is my single in my on campus apartment. I really wanted to make my room into somewhere that I could come back to after a really stressful day and just relax.

It is hard to get things to look the way I want since I have to use the furniture they give me, and I'm not allowed to put nails in the walls so everything has to be done with push pins. But I did my best!

*I just did some "remodeling" so the updated pictures are up first, then all the old ones say (OLD) so you know which ones are current*, Dorm Rooms Design

 • Studio - Tiny Space, Big Ideas (Before and After), This 483 square foot condo was a complete renovation and was a 100% DIY. Being a studio, space was obviously an issue. By using versatile furniture selections and coming up with sneaky storage solutions we were able to come up with a space that is both comfortable and inviting.

This was my first and only flip I've done since graduating with a degree in interior design. I plan on getting into the flipping business when the market turns back around. In the meantime I work as a full time interior designer at a boutique frim in NJ. I'm also interested in side projects, so if you're interested please contact me.
www.idstudio3.com
info@idstudio3.com

 • Big changes little dollars, Exterior of my first " Go Green " renovation. Craig's List, Ebay, Habitat for Humanities are a few of the places I purchased items from. The goal was to re-use building products and keep our costs low by searching and bartering through local souces. This is an investment rental property, purchased at the right price due to lack of care & maintenance. By finding those special deals we received quality items and cut our renovation costs by almost half. You might want to keep in mind, that I worked the site during the day and surfed Craig's list and watched TV at night. I spent quite a bit of time surfing and chasing after these items across two states, but ultimately I saved a lot. Thank You for taking the time to look at my projects., Home Exterior Design
