We just finished a total revamp of our daughter's room. All the pieces were there, we just had to plow through a pretty huge mound of toys, clothes and pink frills to get to the simplified, organized and whimsical room we have now! We started with a quilt from Pottery Barn Kids ("Penelope" and took our cues for the rest of the room from the charming birds and soft color palette of pink, green, white and yellow. A butterfly focal wall makes a big statement, accessories do double duty as pretty and functional (like a painted birdcage that corrals hair clips, and we got the best use out of each piece of furniture. Our daughter now has a lovely space to rest, read, work and play!

The downstairs half bathroom in our house was a small and uninteresting space that didn't really express anything at all. After a cheep makeover the room feels more open, bright, welcoming, and definitely more interesting. Now our half bath is totally awesome!

Bathroom by the sea

It was a very dated small bathroom in our Florida condo. Updated it by installing new floors 18X18 tiles and same around bathtub but 12X12. Crackled glass mosaic sea colors backsplash and same as a border around the tub. A beautifull modern vanity with glass top and sink all in one, added lighting to make the glass glow and give a romantic look by the sea. All fixtures were replaced and the double shower head created a modern look.

When we bought this home, this room was a 6' x 13' closet. But we didn't see a closet....we saw potential! We renovated and created a master bathroom, taking our 2+1 home to a 2+2. Our house has a mid-century modern flair, so we stayed true to its style with clean lines, mid toned woods, and great color.
