The living room was or first project centered on the wall I built-out to house our new 50" flat sceen. The walls all have a texture paint which was frightening going up but turned out great. • My comfy abode ... so cozy & warm, In my opinion this is the best single living (on a budget) in NJ at it's best. I selected the curtain material and my lovely mother the seamstress custom made them for me. The windows were hard to find shades for because they span over 115". I thinks its very cozy!!! Ohhh how I miss this place., Living Rooms Design

Our kitchen window is a garden window and since we already have many lovely flowers outside it is used to display a few pieces of my collection of ruby stained glass. • Furniture Overload Pt. 2, we moved from a 1 bedroom apartment into a fairly larger home. I'm happy with some of the changes I've made to the place, but some things are driving me nuts. I want to put sweeping art (metal or multiples of something) or large art above the TV and I would like either a larger coffee table or ottoman to match the size of the couches. Possibly 2 poofs infront of the black couch. What do you guys think?, Living Rooms Design

  • Un Kitsch(Jean) Reno, Here's our teeny 64-square foot, 1980s 'blech' galley opened up into a warm, Parisian-style apartment kitchen for less than $12K. For our first renovation project, we played it safe by saving up & paying the experts to do the hard, dangerous, and/or expensive-to-repair stuff and focused on creating a warm space we knew we'd love for years to come., Kitchens Design
