  • Our outside staycation, Our yard is full of plants that bloom year around. We have a 900 sq. ft. composite deck, spa, and about 2/3 of an acre. The yard is pretty low maintenance except for weekly mowing and twice a year pruning., Yards Design

  • Too many trees and a nasty hill, I have some before and after pictures. But we STILL need help. We just bought our first home and the backyard is a MESS. There are about 5 differnt trees in the back yard that are dying and taking over. The roots are under the slab of the house and the hill is dangerous with the City of Oceansides Storm Water Easement running the entire length of our backyard at the bottom of the "hill"., Yards Design

  • Tuscan Flavor Living Room, This was formerly two small rooms. We removed the wall, installed structural header beam w/Tuscan style half columns, new eucalyptus hardwood flooring, paint colors are "golden pond" and accent walls of a terra cotta color w/white trim, new wrought iron light fixtures and curtain rods, a beautiful tapestry, new Caspian wood area rug, tiffany-styled tortiere and lamp, soft textured beige curtains, etc. Still playing with furniture placement, probably will add a tuscan style console table under the tapestry and play with the couch placement and add a couple of comfy chairs w/artwork on the wall behind where it currently is. , Living Rooms Design

  • California desert entertainers paradise in the making!, We moved into this 2300 sq. ft. house 14 months ago. This 19000 sq. ft lot needs a plan . There's just so much of it . The wall is new. Some kids burned our fence down. But there's just so much space to go .   • Marianne & Howard's Great Room, We removed the walls between our kithen and the combined living room -dining room area creating one unified space for easy entertaining. The house is mid century modern and we've tried to stay true to the contemporary feel while incorporating some transitional elements. The floors in the grreat room and the kitchen cabinets are eucalyptus, which is a green material and there is radiant flood heating throughout the space. We love the spcae but are always looking for suggestions to improve it and warm it up more - especially with accents and alternative furniture placemnt., Living Rooms Design
