  • Living room Labyrinth, This is a picture of my living room. I tried my best to decorate it given our limited living surface. It lacks lighting and the fire place, we feel, is in an awkward space. , Living Rooms Design

  • (BEFORE) Cozy contemporary getaway, We purchased our starter home two months ago, and as a design guru, I had a BLAST designing and decorating the rooms! This is the master bedroom, one of the rooms we painted, along with my daughter's room and office (please check them out as well). I stuck with black, white, and gray for the color scheme and it turned out very well!, Bedrooms Design

  • Master Bath waaaay too heavy, Master bathroom, great space--two vanities, seperate shower with jacuzzi tub. However, granite and marble colors way too dark and unrelaxing. More institutional orange on the walls. Not at all sure where to go with this b/c of stone colors. Someone out there surely has an idea of how we can salvage this bathroom without tearing out the flooring, walls and shower. This is where the creative masterminds are needed! Any suggestions?, Bathrooms Design

  • FLORIDA FAUX FALL, Everything down here in South Florida stays green pretty much all year long. Since I'm from up north [New Jersey] I tend to really miss being up north. To help give a little bit of that fall feeling for our townhome, I take it outside. These pictures were from last October, so they also have a hint of Halloween mixed in with fall - garlands, pumpkins and crows - most of which were picked up at BigLots over the past three yeras - except for the crows. I added those last year and picked them up at Micheals Craft Store for a fraction of the cost of Pottery Barn - but still get so much inspiration from PB! I tried to find more orange flowering plants (like mums or marigolds) but they do not like the FL sun & heat., Holidays Design

  • Tuscan Farm House Den... What a bonus!, This room completely sold us on the condo! We use it as a den, but also a guest bedroom since there is a full bath down here. Someday we will upgrade the futon (how embarassing) with a sofa bed perhaps. I love the color and thought since it was a HUGE space we could go dark. The windows get a lot of light if you want it since it's at ground level. We went with a more farmhouse feel here., Basements Design
