  • A Fireplace Makeover, Our fireplace was painted white. It was really boring and needed help! So, I faux finished the brick, and accessorized it with a French Country feel. For more ideas stop by http://www.decorating-ideas-made-easy.com, Living Rooms Design

  • Country Primitive Dining Room, Here are some pictures of our dining room. I know there is allot to look at...lol But this is the way we like it. I love all the old things....they give me such a "homey" feel. We just finished our "remodel" on the Dining Room about 6 months ago. Nothing needed to be done but to make this house our home this is what we have done....We add new fixtures boarding up the ceiling & painting the walls & trim. , Dining Rooms Design

  • cute and relaxing bathroom, The bathroom in our rented house was nice but lacking of character. I am trying to give it a relaxing and sweet feel with my scandinavian and french inspired taste. I`d like to put wood panelling and to paint the walls but because it`s not ours this was the maximum I could do., Bathrooms Design

  • My Country Cottage Kitchen, I love Cottage Style. I also adore retro, vintage kitchen items, red and aqua, and for some reason I am nuts for red and white polka dots. I've designed my kitchen around these likes and created a space that is warm and inviting to me and my family. Its a great place to start my day with a hot cup of coffee. , Kitchens Design

  • Gone Country, French Country...that is., My son finally has his first place, so this room went from dirty socks and posters to my new guest room.

French Country inspired, this guest room was created using family furniture and memorbilla. Grandmothers bedroom furniture and sewing machine, my husbands baby shoes, old books belonging to my parents were a starting point. Only a few new pieces were purchased. Total cost about $300, I didn't want to spend too much incase he comes back. I hope you are inspired too!, Bedrooms Design

  • Breakfast Nook - Dining Room Ready for the Christmas Holidays 2011, This is my favorite room to decorate. It's so small and cozy that a few little touches go a long way to define the style and create the mood. It's a simpler look than last year but much more practical. I have no fussy decorations to move when I want to serve a tasty breakfast or have a friend over for tea. Although a rug looks good, it's really not practical in this heavily used room and so it had to go. My theme this year is definitely PRETTY but PRACTICAL., Holidays Design

  • Primitive Country Married With Children, I am a young mom. We recently renovated our two-family house into a one-family house. I love primitive style, I love the ocean and I love my kids. All of these passions needed to merge into one house. Most of the images you see in my space have been strategically taken to hide messy toys and crayon scribbles :)., Living Rooms Design

  • Little Prim, Little Farm, Lots of Country, In the past year I've worked towards bringing my livingroom to the style of my diningroom. I've rearranged things a dozen times. I reupholstered the sofa in a country fabric, but still not right for the look I wanted. There's more to do. Mostly small touches with the biggy of removing the carpet for hardwoods or laminate. But for now I'm quite pleased with my 1911 sitting room, here in the year 2011. , Living Rooms Design

  • Granny Apple Green/Black/Ivory French Country Bedroom to love, What I loved most about my bedroom when I first moved in was the great views of the trees outside surrounding my windows so I decided to keep the windows pretty viewable at all times and bring in the bright green from the outside in. I also liked the idea of making simple branch art in DIY lace mason jars and keeping plants such as a little spruce and some pink potted tea roses in the windows. I wanted to use a lot of natural elements. My walls and tile floors are beige and I accented with ivory trimming and white trimming. Black is my beau's favorite color so I wanted to incorporate that color with a rug, bed skirt, and smaller accents. I love the black with the bright green and beige. Of course my cats had to be in my pictures because really, they complete my room ! Anyway, hope you like my bedroom :), Bedrooms Design
