  • Sunny Park View, This Sun Room was a later edition to our 116 year old Victorian Row House (Previous Owners enclosed the portico and made a sun room extension.) This room was painted to mimic a weathered stone look. we love this room for the lovely view of Central Park across the street and for displaying the Christmas Tree.   • Classic Victorian Living Room, Music Parlor, Our 116 Year old Victorian Row House. The Walls were painted in this room in a faux marble with a sponge the floors were refinished original hardwood inlay the Piano is 150 years old family heirloom (And it's perfectly in tune) The Antique Violin and Mandolin on the wall sadly no longer work and instead of getting rid of our instruments we made them decorations.   • San Diego Condo Facelift, Our condo Living room with fresh new Cathedral gray paint color and spruce up. The old green chair and ottoman got a new red slipcovers and we rearranged furniture, plants and wall items. We brought less back into the room after painting.   • Beach Condo Getaway, We decorated this floor as a nautical/beachy/coastal island retreat. This floor has the kitchen, dining, and fireplace areas with a half bath and a balcony. Counters are blue, quartz solid and cabinets are white, beaded board. The entire floor has large, ceramic tiles.(sand colored of course) White walls have white wainscoting to be a background for colorful accents. People need to understand that we are NOT trying to sell it. Therefore we will NOT minimize the decor. We decorated it the way we wanted it. It's a second home and we wanted it to be fun and funky.   • Victorian Masterpiece Dining Theatre, Our 116 Year old Victorian Row House was renovated into Condos in the 1970's and our second floor has come to life again with antique furniture preserved original details and colorful faux painting on all the walls.
