  • Cloths line, We recently moved to Georgia and I grew up in the country in Ohio. Grandma and my mom have a clothes line. So growing up with one I love the smell of fresh bed sheets and blankets after hanging on the line all day. So I asked my husband to put one up and this is his own design. We love the Caribbean and this is his bamboo inspired cloths line. He is amazing with building and designing! We have many projects that need done! Our back yard is 1/2 an acre or more with nothing in it. Our plan is an in ground pool and a tiki hut., Yards Design

  • soft and girly, This is my 7 yr olds room. It has a shabby chic feel. It's very soft and feminine. I wasn't ready to part with some of her baby clothes and creating the clothes line allowed me to get some more use out of them. She is a collector and has added a lot of her own stuff on any surface that will hold it. She has had the room for about 2 year now and still loves it., Girls' Rooms Design

  • "Unpaintable" Chocolate and Blue Living Room, I live in an apartment where we cannot paint so I had to find other ways to accentuate the space. It's not complete yet, accessories wise, but I'm working on it. It's a huge Living Room - 13'5" Wide X 19'3" Long so it was really hard to find enough "stuff" to keep it from looking empty and still look like I didn't just throw stuff in here! I would LOVE to have some feedback, so leave some comments!, Living Rooms Design

  • Brown and Blue Living Room *Updated*, Keep in mind I CANNOT paint, my lease strictly prohibits it, and the apartment manager will not give any leeway even though we already have to repaint for the next tenants when we move out. I wanted my space to be warm, fun, non-formal, yet functional. I loved all the constructive criticism I received when I posted the other photos of this room, so here's some updates with the changes to the curtains and furniture spacing. , Living Rooms Design

  • Help! Transforming a Bat Cave into a Sustainable Haven, When we first toured our (soon-to-be) house and walked upstairs to see a large, open living room and master suite, we fell in love. It had worn floors we loved and a nice cozy feel. Since then, we have become first time home buyers and have found ourselves at a loss. We know how much potential the space has, but aren't sure how to unlock it. I don't think we've been successful in subdividing the space, the lack of natural light has been a challenge, and I would love to have a little more definition to the master bedroom. In short... we need help! Feedback and suggestions would be appreciated!, Living Rooms Design

Just installed the new flooring...bye bye white vinyl with blue flowers. Did it all myself for $900 (helped Dad with the plate rack.)
