  • My Computer Room with it's Storage Closet, These are pictures of my computer room! I guess one could say I'm kind of computer "geek" because I have three - yes that's three - computers. I use each one for a different reason. The closet in this room is also my "storage" closet for all those things like Christmas ornaments and excess computer gear (except when it's full like now and they end up in the middle of the floor!)., Other Spaces Design

  • Our New Laundry Room, Surprisingly to us, our laundry room is the room everyone sees when they first enter our home. For whatever reason, no one ever comes through the front door except formal guests - i.e., cable workers, alarm system installers, etc.!) Because the laundry room is - unfortunately - the first room everyone sees when entering our home, I wanted to make it warm and inviting...and very creative! Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoy the room!, Other Spaces Design

  • Lack of Spice, Huge 20.5X33.6 master bedroom suite, that's loosing it's spice in and out of the bed. With a combination of bricks, pillars, green, gold and a rusty color in the closet makes this room less spicy and romantic. Instead of the rooms flowinging together, they go in their own direction and all are lacking storage space. The bricks makes it colder in the area where they are located. The bricks also take away from wall space and seems as if the area is missing something. Help me put the spice back into this massive room. , Bedrooms Design

  • Retro ReVamp!, My husband and I with the help of an awesome friend remodeled our kitchen on a tight budget, under $2,000. New countertops, fridge, we knocked down the wall and built an island. We repainted the existing cabinets, tile and added new hardware. THE KITCHEN IS NOT FULLY FINISHED, but I was too anxious to post! :) We still have to add outlet covers, a new stove, and a few more goodies! Enjoy, Kitchens Design

  • Ugly Closet Solution, I've moved to a new place and had these old closet doors that were in horrific condition... holes scratches paint splatters etc. I really didn't want to spend the time or money to refinish them so i found some bamboo placemats at BigLots (4 for $4) and just nailed them on. They still need some trim work around the edges but the makeover is a huge improvement. It was quick and cheap!, Closets Design

  • Guest Bathroom Makeover - It All Started with a Little Shower Leak, When we discovered we had a leak in our guest bath, a simple plumbing repair created an opportunity to redo an 80's bathroom! We gutted everything but the vanity cabinet. Focusing on getting the biggest bang for the buck, we found a beautiful marble remnant for $100 that became the color pallet for the other materials. The shower is a simple white subway tile with a glass mosaic border that had the greens and blues in the marble. The floor tile is lagos blue limestone. The walls are painted a pale yellow. , Bathrooms Design

  • My Girly Bathroom, This is the bathroom in our bedroom. It's small but I'm trying to make it fun and girly. I keep my makeup and jewelry in here. The back wall and the window seal was painted baby purple but we changed it to the Tiffany's turqoise color. I would love any suggestions and comments! :), Bathrooms Design
