  • My small gardening space, I have a small 22x12 patio. I love to garden and build things. Back in 2003 I built my first trellis and started adding potted plants to my patio, since then I have built two trellis, one is 4ft wide, 2ft deep and 8ft tall and the other in front of the glass sliding door is 8wide x2 deep x8ft tall. I also built a potting bench and a square ft organic garden under one of the trellis. I am constantly adding more whimsies to the yard, I love unique wind chimes and when I have the opportunity, I buy them. Enjoy and hope you can make your small space as comfortable and inviting as mine., Patios & Decks Design

  • OLD OUTDATED AND JUST PLAIN UGLY, My kitchen is falling apart. It has never been upgraded. It is very old and outdated. It has several layers of paint at this point, peeling in some spots. A nonfunctional dishwasher with missing nobs. Some of drawers are non functional, some are MIA. The cabinets are falling apart, The counter top is peeling and crumbling in some spots. The linolium floor is very discolored and peeling, The lighting is very poor with one non funtioning and one functioning florescent lights. A very ugly drop ceiling. The one really nice thing about this kitchen is the new oven that my children purchased as a christmas gift. The last one only had one burner that worked, Kitchens Design

  • Giddy up Cowboy....., This space was inspired by a rug I found. I wanted a rustic feel but suitable for a 3 year old. The details and different textures are fun. Using items from the front face of drawers for the windows old horse shoes and a branch from a tree makes it unique., Boys' Rooms Design

  • 4-Square in Port Washington, This is my home in the summer time. We are on a main street set back a little way on a hill. I'd like to do some sort of landscape on the hill and up to the house and pick a different house color, but can't seem to settle on anything. I also like to swap out the star on the front for different themes. Any ideas?, Home Exterior Design

  • Elegant Master Bedroom/Bathroom Remodel, The master bedroom/bathroom in our 1986 builder grade home was in great need of an update and reconfiguration of the space.

Our GC did a fabulous job of transforming our vision for the room into reality. We re-allocated space from one closet into an expanded shower/toilet area; added a second walk-in closet in an under-utilized portion of the bedroom which also created a new wall for our wall-mounted flatscreen t.v.; added a gorgeous new custom vanity with White Carrara Marble countertop; updated the small windows on each side of the vanity to rain glass for privacy; changed out the two front bedroom windows to three efficient, single-hung windows; added radiant heated 18"x18" porcelain floor tile in American Olean Coliseum White; shower floor is AO Coliseum White mosaic; shower wall subway, harlequin, and classic tile is from the Daltile Rittenhouse Square series; and faucets, hardware, sink and toilet are from the Kohler Devonshire series.

I've laid out the following fifteen photos in a before/after sequence., Bathrooms Design
