I love your wall colours (could you tell me what they are?) and theme. It's nice to see a minimalist room with a punch of colour that ties in with the rest of one's house and doesn't scream "nursery". Inspiring! Will grow with your baby. Congratulations!

Pretty colors but you might want to make a more baby friendly room with more bright colorsand maybe take down the mask on the wall.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who uses AFM paint :) I just painted my tv room a sort of bright/olive green color... it was great I painted indoors in the dead of winter with no ventilation and there were no fumes!!

I love it it looks great. I really like the colors! And KUDOS to you for NOT putting in a bumper pad!!! Im always so shocked on this site that even though they have been contraindicated for years so many people are still using them!! Great job over all and btw I like the mask :)

I decided against the mosquito netting and bamboo. Although aesthetically they would add to the room they're just not practical. I thought about floor pillows Therapist - great idea! However I'm trying to protect as much real estate in this small space for movement and play. Plus we live in the desert so I have to be wise about "dust catchers." I do plan to add a few toys to soften the table and cabinet tops along with an organic crib bumper for the bed. I'm slowing down as my son's arrival approaches but I'm still open to suggestions. You all have some great spaces and ideas!

you have great pieces! don't know how bamboo is practical but i think it'd be great in here. maybe add some big fuzzy floor pillows to soften the space? the orange is fantastic!

Thanks for the comments and keep 'em coming. I welcome suggestions too! My daughter loves the mask and often points and smiles at it. I am considering adding mosquito netting over the crib and 2 vases of lucky bamboo on top of the cabinet. I'm trying to keep it simple practical and kid-friendly as my daughter is a busy toddler. Let me know what you think.

Your room has the same layout as the bedroom I’m working on. Beautiful orange color yet very soothing with your furniture choices. I’m not sure about the mask in a child’s room though it seems a little scary to me. Great room.
