We rent a 608 sq ft one bedroom heavy timber loft in a 1920’s shoe factory. Our design approach combines simple clean lines with classic mid century modern pieces. The hanging pendant and accent wall help to define our dining zone within the living room. The Jonathan Adler vase is filled with fresh seasonal flowers weekly.

EXQUISITE! THIS is VERY much our style and esthetic. Your space is clean fresh tasteful uncluttered colorful...need I say more? I'd actually love your thoughts on what we should do with our space. We just bought a TH and our biggest dilemmas are how to make the open space work. It's also important to us to have some sort of foyer option for people to remove their shoes(my husband is from Sweden and this is very common. Any thoughts so that our home can be as lovely as yours when it grows up?!!
