I didn't change alot this past year. But the floor has been updated and added new stockings, lights and extra bling to the mantel. Not sure what changes will be made this year! Any ideas?

When I got this high-end catalogue in the mail last week, I knew I wanted to create something as fanciful on less than the $1500 budget offered. I did this for $150, shopped at the local craft stores with coupons, plundered my own closet storage and came up with this. The dishes, silverware, crystal and table cloth are mine.

Very proud of this updated living/dining area. Dark blue grasscloth was used in the cove moulded ceiling, chic IKAT Thibault wallpaper was used on the walls combined with Benjamin Moore Designer White and Cumulus Gray are accented with splashes of bright yellow. Such a happy room!!!!

This is the bonus room accessible only from the master bedroom. It doubled as our shoe closet/overflow and home office. When we found out we were having another child, it seemed the perfect place to house our new addition. We did not find out if we were having a boy or a girl so we needed a room that would work for either gender. The room was a drab brown (previous owners so we brightened it up with light grays and whites to make the space appear larger and feel more airy. Since it's still the room where the family gets ready for the day, we kept the TV but moved it to the wall. the built-ins hide the must-haves and we've corralled the shoes into their own space. The crib and bedding is Pottery Barn, the rocker is Land of Nod, the art is from Etsy, the rug is from Rugs USA, the changing table is a re-finished flea market score, and the drapes are West Elm.

We added drapery (custom panels in off white linen with black greek key tape, black nickel drapery hardware, wallpaper (by Thibaut. Style: Antoine Trellis. Color: Silver on Charcoal, buffet and accessories. We kept our existing reclaimed wood table and upholstered chairs (Candice Olson, Style: Margo. We removed the area rug intentionally as the chairs are quite heavy and now with felt pads under each leg its very easy to move them around.

We designed this outdoor garden space ourselves by combining organics and topsoil into the subsoil and then forming curves and lines with a water-hose. I'd like to know what people think and if they have any recommendations for improving or alternatives. MANY reflective materials were used to make this small dining room be all it could be..... The walpaper on the ceiling even has periodic crystals...for a little sparkle! A mirrored table custom upholstered chairs...silk shag rug UNIQUE CHANDELIER and terrific window treatments, make this room a reat feast for the eyes.

This is my son's Brody Nursery. It is very small as we live in a bungalow style home. (The room is 9 foot by 10 foot we have limited space but lots of light from all the windows. Any suggestions on window dressing along with the roller shades placed already would be greatly appreciated. We have some pooh bear stuff but don't want to theme it totally out.

My husband and I added 500 sq. feet to our home working together primarily on weekends. This foyer space is part of the addition. Custom iron doors open to welcome guests into an entry complete with dome ceiling and slate floors. Dining room update. Oh how I wanted that OLD dining set...would have died without it. Fifteen years later I couldnt wait to get rid of it and start fresh! Modern and clean, friendly and happy. This time around I like how my taste has changed.
