When I was expecting my son I didn't want a "themed" room and I didn't want brown in the bedding, which was all that I could find. I am not a designer, but I got tons of inspiration from looking at nurseries on Rate My Space and other websites. Most of the furniture and the rug were found on Craigslist and the bedding and curtains were designed and made by me. The quilt was a gift and was designed to match. The room is only 8x8 feet. We love how sweet and simple it turned out and it has served us well. I wanted to take pictures and document it because it has been such a special space and we are getting ready to move into a big boy room to be shared with a new brother.
