About This Space

This is the bonus room accessible only from the master bedroom. It doubled as our shoe closet/overflow and home office. When we found out we were having another child, it seemed the perfect place to house our new addition. We did not find out if we were having a boy or a girl so we needed a room that would work for either gender. The room was a drab brown (previous owners so we brightened it up with light grays and whites to make the space appear larger and feel more airy. Since it's still the room where the family gets ready for the day, we kept the TV but moved it to the wall. the built-ins hide the must-haves and we've corralled the shoes into their own space. The crib and bedding is Pottery Barn, the rocker is Land of Nod, the art is from Etsy, the rug is from Rugs USA, the changing table is a re-finished flea market score, and the drapes are West Elm.
