Well, as a pageant designer and mother of 5 boys I am finally getting my little Princess!! Her room is what I call "Classic Victorian" and is as pink as possible ; I promised my husband that I would stay within our budget and to his surprise I did very well. Other than the furniture (which was a hand-me-down from her 18 month old brother her entire room cost us under $400 to complete!

What an awesome room and such beautiful stuff!! I am in the process of getting a newborn fosterchild soon and would be interested in an infant carrier cover as unique as yours do you think grandma would be interested in making more? I have no idea if I will get a boy or girl so I will want to wait til I know. If you could email me we could chat more about it. But this room is GREAT!

I plan to remove the fabric when she can pull up on things, and will replace it again when she moves into her toddler bed.

Congratulations on your baby girl! The room is beautiful, but I have a concern with the fabric over the bed. As she gets older she'll be able to pull at that, and it could be a hazard. Please be careful when she is old enough to stand and grab hold of it.
