I had this color in my office, then when my baby was born, I couldn't finish his room so we set him up in that room. He loves it. NOw I'm making finally his own room, and I will paint it to this color, and I will put some jungle theme, with green, yellow, and some zebra. I'm not sure how I will arrange it yet, but I will know next week. I checked it with the feng shui, and this color is good. : Picture will come too.
I"m happy to see that other people are brave enough to go a little out of ordinary . I love this room.

Whoa..how can sleep with orange walls???!!!

I agree a accent or border of the orange. Blue walls with white chair rail would definetly calm down. Remember orange and red stimulate the mind and activity. If you are trying to get your little guy to sleep or learn to sleep on his own you will definetly need to tone it down. Try accents of orange with items/decorations

I think with the airplane light I would have went blue walls and accented with the orange. Jsut make the plane look like it was flying int he sky instead of through a ball of fire! : Very cute though I love babies rooms that are a little different and this sure is cute! :

I am having a tough time getting past those orange walls. Once the little guy gets to moving about on his own two words of advice...floor lamps and rugrats do not mix (far too dangerous...either buy him a set of knee pads or get a larger rug (the floors look nice but they are not so good for tender knees. Good luck with the new baby.

What a fun space for your little guy. The light fixture is my very favorite of all time for a boy. I have looked at it in the local Home Depot dozens of times wishing I could use it for my son's room but we're where it's very hot and we put a fan instead. Wishing you many happy moments in this room! Oh-the rug is adorable too.
