I wanted a nursery that my daughter could sleep and play in but that I enjoyed being in as well. This space is something she can grow in. I love coming in here because its just so comfy! The furniture is pottery barn and partially inspired the decor. All of the paint is Ethos but matched to Benjamin Moore colors. The wall paint is Pink Cherub, the ceiling is candy stripe, the wall behind the crib, animals and polka dots are Kona. The hot pink accents on the mural are rhododendron. I found images for the mural from etsy and then projected them on the wall and traced them and painted them. The pom poms are from etsy as well. The glider is used but I found slipcovers online for $200 so now its Ivory! The shelves are from Home Depot. If you have additional questions as to where I got something, just let me know :

This room was actually meant to be a dining room but I since I have an "eat in" kitchen I decided to use it for a living room and turn my living room into my studio.

Utilizing the leopard bedding I had in my daughter's nursery I decided to add to the idea of animals in the jungle or on a safari by painting a mural. I painted the mural using acrylics and it was the first time I actually painted an entire wall of a room.

Our second room makeover! Our son loves SpongeBob and we thought it would be a great and colorful theme to do. As I did with my daughter's room, I also included hidden art work in the murals. His initials are on the sword, Mr. Krabs is holding his birthstone, there are 23 bubbles on the wall that represent the day he was born, and many more.

We are expecting another little girl in 2 weeks so it was time for my 2 year old little girl to get a new room. We decorated with the Pink Daisy Garden collection from Pottery Barn and had artist Natalie Rahberg of Dallas come and do a mural to match. I still have several things to finish and will post new pics once I am done. I love the room and hope you do to.

This is all hand painted completed in about 50 hours. I painted Devin in the picture as a baseball player. On the other side of the room is a big Irish flag with the "B" for Boston Red Sox logo and above the closet I put Devins Dugout
I designed it and my husband and I built it. We took our storage room and made two spaces out of it. My closet and a Inventory / Gift Wrap room which is the "modern words" for overflow / Bulk items of Sam's and Costco items.

We used iridescent glass tile and a matt porcelain tile from floor to ceiling. The marble mosaic mural completes the spa like feel. Colors remain neutral so as not to overwhelm the small space but different textures and tile size add interest. The floor cabinet is a converted buffet and the towel bars mounted under the counter are telescopic pant hangers. The dark lines in the lighting mirror those of the mural reflected in the mirror just below. We love it.
