  • "OUR GETAWAY" Our Cabin , Our Getaway. A Dream come true. Always wanted a log cabin, Horse Barn,pond all we needed to do was give this beautiful place a face lift. We put in a beautiful new deck We had the cabin and all the building cob blasted, New stain and sealer.We had the roofs cleaned and let me tell you If you want to give a lift to your place look into roof cleaning it is amazing. They look new. replaced all Logs and added a huge deck with lighting and extended the deck over the front pasture. It was a lot of work and a bit harder when your far from the place but It again is all worth it. We added retaining walls to finish off the look with tree lights. We had the Driveway black topped and we just love it The drive is around 1000 feet.The blacktop didn't take away from the country feel we love.The views are amazing all year round.A childhood dream was to have a Barn and it had to be red..While I finally have it.   • Close Up of Our Rustic Stacked Stone Fireplace in our Log Home, Close up pix of the moss and lichens that I added to our stacked stone fireplace in our log home's great room. I wanted it to look like it had been standing there forever. Update note: I began w/ moss from the local woods but it slowly turned soft brown. I then replaced some of the dried moss w/ pieces of preserved green sheet moss from a craft store and it has held it's green color well. , Living Rooms Design

  • Vintage Rustic Freestyled, I listened to all yalls comments about leaving my windows alone, so instead I just rearranged what I had.
