i want it to make my living room more contemporary with more colors like orange red brown gold tanish cream but im really strugging trying to fix my living to make it suitable

We can't see your room, only fuzzy close up shots of stuff that's confusing. We don't know if you own or rent, so we can't know what you can do in terms of flooring or painting. We don't know your situation with furniture. You talk about colors you want, but can't find curtains, but you say your real problem is the size of your room. Check out this site under Designers' Portfolio for contemporary living rooms. When you find some rooms you like, create your own version of it. The old method of decoration might work for you, as was earlier suggested. Start with something you love -- a piece of art or a large area rug, and build from there for furniture, window treatments, accessories and finally, wall color.
