About This Space

This 483 square foot condo was a complete renovation and was a 100% DIY. Being a studio, space was obviously an issue. By using versatile furniture selections and coming up with sneaky storage solutions we were able to come up with a space that is both comfortable and inviting.

This was my first and only flip I've done since graduating with a degree in interior design. I plan on getting into the flipping business when the market turns back around. In the meantime I work as a full time interior designer at a boutique frim in NJ. This is great because it is nearly exactly the square footage of the space I am going to be moving into. I was having serious doubts about going with something this small, but decided I I prefer cramped to more spacious digs shared with a roommate. This gives me some idea of what is possible.
