It is neutral and will allow buyers to invision how they want to decorate it. I would leave it as is.

I disagree about adding color. I think the netrual pallette is restful,and sophisticated and the room has a very finished look to it. I would even have gone for a softer color in the cocktail table to stay monochromatic. To my eye,this room is way more than "good".

Yes, it is good to go neutral in a small place to make it feel larger & more cohesive. You have added a couple of touches of color above the fireplace & in the greenery. You may be going for the monocromatic look. If so, then nothing else is really needed. Only add more color if it suits you & the look you are going for. Just my view.
