This is amazing! You have made the art of combining a living area, bedroom, and office in a relatively small space seem effortless. It gives hope to those who share an apartment or house with others that they can indeed create a modern, comfortable space within their allotted area(s. Great storage on the window wall. Love the tapestry and how you found a rug that repeated those same red, blue, beige and green elements. Consider changing the blue/wood chair when able. It looks comfy but doesn't jive with the contemporary feel you've achieved. If you find an occasional chair that swivels, it would be versatile in the space and swivel to view tv comfortably.
