We painted the walls Peanut Butter (from Home Depot. We removed the carpet and installed a wood floor, painted the woodwork white and added crown molding. White plantation shutters are at the side windows and the large bay window. A custom wood shelf was mounted to the wall behind the sofa with shelf brackets to hold buffet lamps for extra lighting. The drapes still need replaced and still need a piece of artwork by the chair. We love our new space.
