About This Space

It was time for our hallway to get a make-over! It was fine before - nothing really wrong with it but nothing really great about it either! I decided to keep the existing color and add 3 nine inch stripes in a shade two colors down on the color swatch. I love how it turned out and even better is that my kids love it! This is the hallway that everyone enters when school gets out so it needs to stay functional for coats hats scarves and backpacks. Now it just feels more fun and contemporary!!

i used this for inspiration, ok i am a copy cat. Please take it as flattery, because that is what it is. We just moved into a very nice subdivision and i had the ladies of the hoa (from the nicer homes and while still unfinished with no wainscoating - they loved, loved, loved! the idea. Thanks so much!

It's The Little Things...

bbaker28 - The paint colors are from the Lowe's Earth Elements Collection. The lighter color is "Swoosh" #EE2046B and the darker is "Dust Storm" #EE2046C. I have the paints color matched at Home Depot to Behr paint, only because I prefer that paint.
