About This Space

We just finished up this home and I really enjoyed the Kitchen space. I choose Thermador appliances and Kohler plumbing. Teak flooring.

This appears to be a beautiful home. The floor is gorgeous!!!! The countertops are gorgeous! I'm usually not one for dark finishes in a kitchen, but this is beautiful. The walnut finish of the cabinetry blends well with the rustic chandelier and the traditional/rustic cabinet style. I love the farmhouse sink and the backsplash, as well. My only concern, like that of willow's, is whether there is enough space for stools to go at that beautifully massive island without encroaching on the other space. Otherwise, love it!

Gorgeous southern somewhat rustic kitchen. There seems to be ample workspace. It could easily handle 2 or 3 cooks w/plenty of elbow room. I can't tell eddie, but is there enough leg space from the dining/keeping room side of the bar {passthrough} for stools? I like having a space where my guest or family can sit & chat while I prepare the meal. Love that neither of the sinks face a wall. I had that in my last home. {ugh} Now I have a nice wide double window. Love it! Thanks for sharing this kitchen w/us. What a great job you did!!!

Thanks, for your opinion but I disagree with your comment. There is a work triangle there as in all of my proejcts. Cooking range/oven in the center.. Refrigeration to the left and main sink to the right. There are 2 dishwashers, one at each sink and there are 2 refrigerators.
