Thanks Potchie; The pictures were taken as soon as we completed the kitchen. Now we have family pictures, large and colorful bowl of fruit, and seasonal decorations (pumpkins. The kitchen is 10 times more functional than before. All the shelves are pull out, too!

this looks like a great and functional space! you have upgraded what was already a good space nicely. but i would have loved to have seen you take the opportunity to add in some color...it's a little bit too brown (sorry and the tile pattern paired with the granite do create alot of visual movement, so accessorizing will look like over-accessorizing...be careful. since it looks like no one lives here...add in a spare few personal touches...perhaps a fab white bowl with some fruit? a plant? a coffee machine? keep us posted. it's a great space!!

Simple? I liked it much better before; only needed some color added. Now it's too dark and has too many patterns going on. Nothing beats a solid (color counter top surface for cleanliness, visual or real. I do like the table with drawers. Extra storage is always nice.
