This is a condo in Florida that my husband and I renovated. It was built in the early 80s and I don't think much had been done to it since then. It had apartment grade cabinets and old ugly appliances. This is a rental property so we were trying to keep that in mind and do this update without spending much money. We painted the cabinets, replaced the appliances, added a tile backsplash, removed the popcorn ceiling, and added new light fixtures.
