This is the kitchen that I remodelled in one of my investment properties. Total cost of all materials including stainless appliances and granite counter tops was approx. $6000

Got the cabinets from cabinet kings. Cost me about $3000 including the sink. Got the appliances for about $1800.. Range $450, microwave $250, dishwasher $270, all 3 from BrandsmartUSA in South Florida. The Whirlpool fridge from Sears Outlet (it was a display model but in perfect condition with full warranty for $700. The counter-tops were $160 per pre-fab slab (used 2 slabs from Floor & Decor Outlets. Paid $350 to have them cut to my specs, including the cut out for the undermount sink. Installed the granite myself. Faucet was $59 at Costco on special and the disposer was $79 at costco (1 1/4 HP . The backsplash travertine was 19 cents per 4 x 4 tile. The decorative ones were 50 cents each on sale. So, I spent less than $70 on the backsplash

Awesome, how did you do that? cabinet + appliances + floor + granite + travertine. Do you do for someone? I am doing mine right now (hiring someone and the cost is about $45K Kitchen and Shower.. I wish I know how to do it myself. May I know where you purchased the travertine, it looks awesome..very very nice.
