Allen2, Thank you for the kind email and your interest in my kitchen. My kitchen now measures 11.8 x 18. Just cut the 18 in half and that was the kitchen size prior to the redo. My dinning room was even smaller. I knocked out the wall between the two rooms and gave up my front hall closet for more eating area. Now that was a hard decision!!! It all worked out. I'll see if I have a pic prior to the redo
