Write to zoobeedo@comcast.net if you have questions. The display shelf above the microwave was not hard to do. All you need is very basic carpentry skills. If you have a straight saw and jigsaw, you can do it. Most of my fancy moldings came from www.dlawlesshardware.com but some have been discontinued, great prices there. I have now found those on www.vandykes.com or my new favorite catalog from www.outwatercatalogs.com The flexible curved molding, I found on EBAY, but I think Outwater has it. You can also find some of the wood appliqués on EBAY.

Wow I love your kitchen!! Great Job!! We are redoing our kitchen as I speak, and I would really like to know how you did the shelf thing over your microwave. Was it really hard? I need something like that in my kitchen to give it a real lift,,,as my kitchen is old. Also, where did you get the wooden cut outs you put on your cabinets...love them! My cabinets are old and are all one panel of wood, need to update them, but cant afford much. Would appreciate your getting back with me. Again, you did awesome!!!

I love, love, your kitchen. What you did is amazing! My dining room/kitchen is green now, but it used to be red. I would´ve probably changed my mind about painting it, if I had seen this two years ago. We have very, very, similar lay out for kitchen and dining room. I would´ve incorporate some of your ideas. Don´t change a thing. Very happpy and vibrant place!!

Yes, very ornate, but beautiful-and French Castle it is! i am amazed that those r the same cabs and a little molding and paint did the trick. I think the chandeliers are the icing on the cake. you have quite a talent. Enjoy your castle kitchen!

Well, Ms Ornate, you've done it again! What a wonderful room. Everything about it is terrific, except the stainless fridge. I would love to see the new bronze color there - it would go so well with all your other color choices. If you want to chage the fridge, dishwasher, etc., there is a way...check out mine. (So totally not your taste, but the process is what I want to show you.
