Our kitchen had a L-shape countertop which we removed and opened the space-painted the cabinets soft white, added granite tiles instead of slab for countertop "huge savings" used unsanded grout and no spaces on granite tiles and got a very seamless finish!

Your kitchen is really pretty & I like how the style of your table set works well w/your light fixtures. The only small change for me, would be to replace the fabric shades w/globes that would match to the color or frost of the other glass fixtures. My only addition would be to add a couple of throw rugs in front of the stove & sink to protect that gorgeous floor.

This is beautiful- very classic! We too used granite tile in our kitchen, saved a fortune but now after living with it for a yr and a half, wished we would have put a slab in there. But thats just me. Yours looks great! Hope you love it for a long time!

Very lovely--a perfect example of why i love white kitchens sooo much! One small critique, would be to put a filler or something to the left of your microwave to give it a more "built in" look. and yes, moving that fridge made such a big difference. Enjoy your kitchen!

I love your new kitchen.. The surprising thing is I have the same shaped kitchen in our new home. The Living-Dining-Kitchen are all in the same room like yours. And this is the example I'm going to use inorder to renovate my kitchen. Would you be able to tell me the exact shade of the paint you used for the cabinets? I dont that want pure white I would like a softer white like yours or cream. Please let me know. A
