Our country/beach house was built in the 80's. The pictures are before and after. My favorite items in the renovation are the 1960's Murano light pendants that I found at a local mid-century gallery. I had to have the 5' down-rods custom made and the only place I could find to accommodate was a lighting company that supplies and makes lighting for Broadway and Film. The cabinets were custom built by a local carpenter. I moved the sink and added a big picture that looks out over the backyard and pool. The windows and doors are all Andersen. The countertops are quartz from HanStone...my counter guy recommended HanStone when doing white, he said that they have less imperfections than the rest. I love them.
