The kitchen has a mixture of reface and new construction cabinets. Our first pick in the kitchen were the floors. From there we picked this brushed finished granite that is truly spectacular. The cabinet color was the next choice, grabbing some of the carmel colors in the granite along with the carmel color in the wood floor, tying it in with the dark inset. We constructed the two stage bar with a garbage disposal so it acts like a second prep sink, Ice maker, beverage and wine fridge. We added all stainless appliances including a hidden coffee station and added on to the island with a wine rack.

This kitchen took a drastic transformation when we removed a pass through wall to the dining room and raised the ceilings. This beautiful kitchen boasts GE Monogram appliances (48" range with grill & griddle Advantium Wall Oven trash compactor electric cooktop 36" side by side refigerator and freezer 2 dishwashers and Ariston Coffee Espress machine. Center Island granite has a 3 layer bullnose. Range has a warming shelf and pot filler.

This is my favorite place in the house and where most of my time is spent. The kitchen features custom cabinets custom made hood vent center island and Cofee & wine bar.. a 10" thick butcher block tops the island kitchen aid applianceslighted pot rack The Half circle bar is topped with a custom top made from cedar tree that was stripped and made on the patio.I spent a LONG time selecting each part of the things inside and LOVE spending time there.Thanks for looking.

I'm a real estate broker and believe that the kitchen makes or breaks each and every house ~ it's truly the heart of the home, the most important room. That being said, all my exposure to people's various styles in person and thru HGTV made it virtually impossible for me to pull all of the ideas and materials that I admired most into one perfect kitchen. So...it took us almost 10 years of living in our house to finally make our dream kitchen a reality. It's a good size, 18' wide by 28' long, so we used up as much space as possible to avoid "dead spots" and made sure the layout was really right in terms of workspace convenience and ease. We are 100% pleased with how our ideas came to life.

I LOVE checkerboard floors in kitchens! I really cook so great appliances were really important to me. The custom glaze and the cabinets that soar to the ceiling are a few of my favorite upgrades in the whole house...those and my Thermador 6 burner gas cook-top!
