It's free and easy.
When I purchased the house the depicted area was an aluminum sunroom with windows surrounding three sides and two access doors, installed on a portion of my wraparound deck. It was a good idea gone bad.
The screens were long gone and the windows had failed. One of the two access doors had jammed never to open again. And, there was no privacy.
Hot summers and cold winters prevented use of the space as there was no heat or cooling. The tile floors were a magnet for strange stains and other unnamed things. Flies and bugs and some worms thought it was Heaven on Earth. Ugh!
Today, it has been completely rebuilt with real insulated walls and energy efficient windows. A privacy wall on one side provided space for an electric fireplace for fun and additional heat if needed.
A ceiling fan with a light replaced the chandelier that I kept hitting with my head. The wide pine floors now match the same in the main living area. Occasional seating and a large sheep skin rug completes the cozy space.
The now 7x10 sq feet all weather living space could be used for dining or just sitting. But, I use it as my escape office. No more looking at walls in the back bedroom!
